The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) is the principal organisation representing the medical specialty of Psychiatry in Australia and New Zealand. We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Officer, Specialist Training Program (STP) Contracts and Support Projects.
Reporting to the Projects Manager, Specialist Training Program and working closely with the Contracts Manager, this position undertakes administrative and secretariat duties associated with the STP post contracts, support projects and associated committee activities. The position also provides general administrative support to the STP Projects Manager, Contracts Manager and the FACC Department.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Preparation of documentation and correspondence, data entry, filing and document control
Provision of information to relevant stakeholders and team members
Supporting relevant STP committees and event planning
In addition, the incumbent will also assist in the review and development of current standard operating procedures across the STP team to assist with the implementation of best practice administrative systems.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Proven ability to work as a member of a team and carry out duties autonomously
Genuine commitment to providing high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills including the ability to undertake numerous tasks concurrently, establish priorities and to work to tight or competing deadlines
Interest in continually improving systems and processes
Previous experience in an administration/customer service role in an office environment involving process driven tasks and customer service.
Preparedness to work on some weekends and to travel interstate and to New Zealand
