About the Role This key role supports the delivery and implementation of RANZCP’s assessment pathways, working closely with the Manager, Assessments and a range of stakeholders. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and timely administration of assessments, while supporting the transition to a workplace-based model. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinating the end-to-end administration of scheduled assessments, including logistics, reporting, and secure record management.
- Supporting the implementation of the new workplace-based assessment program.
- Supervising staff responsible for clinical assessments and overseeing workloads.
- Ensuring quality assurance processes are followed and risks are identified/escalated.
- Liaising with candidates and resolving assessment-related queries.
- Supporting panels and working groups, including the preparation of high-quality documentation.
- Overseeing the development and review of assessment materials and processes.
What You'll Bring - Experience in administrative operations and/or assessment functions in a tertiary/education environment.
- Excellent computer skills using MS Office programs including Excel, and a sound understanding of databases.
- Demonstrated initiative and commitment to quality improvement of the assessment and administrative operations.
- Background in membership or nonprofit organisations is advantageous, as is an interest in contributing to improvements in mental healthcare.
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or the right to work in Australia.
- Successful candidates must complete and pass a National Police Check before commencing employment.
Some of What’s on Offer: - A total remuneration package ranging from $82,896 to $103,646 is on offer, inclusive of leave loading and 11.5% superannuation.
- Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.
- A paid day off each month for full-time employees (pro-rata for part-time).
- 12 weeks of gender-neutral paid parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers.
