About the Role We are seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee and coordinate assessment-related projects within our Education Department. This role requires someone with strong project coordination skills who can work independently on moderately complex projects, engage with key stakeholders, and support the implementation of assessment changes. In this role, you will: - Coordinate and oversee assessment-related projects, ensuring smooth implementation and tracking of milestones.
- Support the transition of RANZCP’s clinical assessment program into a workplace-based environment.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying and recommending enhancements to assessment systems and workflows.
- Engage with stakeholders, including committees and working groups, to ensure alignment with program goals.
- Coordinate the operationalisation of project outcomes and problem-solve operational issues, drawing on prior experience and analysis of related areas.
- Communicate effectively within the relevant staff and Fellows, providing clear project planning, guidance on deliverables, facilitating discussions to reach agreement on project matters.
What You'll Bring - Strong experience in coordinating projects preferably within education, medical training, or assessment-related settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse operational challenges and suggest practical improvements.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, track progress, and ensure key deliverables are met.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with strong background in facilitating discussions and preparation of progress reports and project plans.
- A tertiary qualification in education, assessment, medical training, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a project coordination or program development support role.
- Experience in tertiary education sector or a membership organization, or the not-for-profit sector (desirable).
To be eligible, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have the right to work in Australia. The successful candidate must also complete a National Police Check before commencing employment. Some of What’s on Offer: - Salary range from $82,896-$103,646 inclusive of Super and Leave Loading.
