About the Role

This is a permanent, part-time (0.4 FTE) role, responsible for supporting activities that raise funds for the RANZCP Foundation and grow its grants, projects and awards programs. Key tasks include:

  • Support fundraising activities to raise funds for and awareness of the Foundation's work.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing and new donors.
  • Undertake donor stewardship activities including thanking donors, receipting and acknowledging donations and engaging in conversations about major gifts and Gifts in Wills.
  • Coordinate fundraising events, including online workshops and masterclasses.
  • Develop and write stories of impact about the Foundation.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in fundraising within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Qualifications in business, fundraising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven success in fundraising activities and supporter relationship management.
  • Skilled in publishing newsletters, social media, and annual reports.
  • Strong digital communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Experience with volunteer member committees (desirable).

Australian or New Zealand citizenship or valid work rights for Australia.

 

Some of What’s on Offer: 

  • Full time equivalent salary range from $63,000 to $78,800 inclusive of superannuation and leave loading.  
  • Hybrid working environment. 
  • A monthly free paid day off for full-time staff, with pro rata benefits for part-time staff. 
  • Gender neutral 12 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary care givers.
