About the Role

We are looking an experienced professional with skills in policy and regulation benchmarking, development, monitoring and evaluation, particularly from the education, health or government space. A strong passion and interest in policy and governance is essential as this role is critical in the accreditation of the College’s education programs. Experience working with committees will assist with stakeholder liaison required in this role.

 

What you will Bring

Success in this role looks like strong project management, ability to monitor and maintain policy and regulation trackers and workflow and working with initiative to be proactive in the education policy space. It also includes the ability to identify and escalate risks in relation to education policies and regulations and use expertise to act in an education policy advisory role across committees and the education department. 

 

Applicants must be either an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen.

 

Some of what's on offer

  • Salary range from $79,900-$95,000 total package inclusive of Super and Leave Loading. 
  • A great hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
  • A monthly free paid day off for full-time staff, with pro rata benefits for part-time staff.
  • Gender neutral 12 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary care givers.
