About the Role This role provides high-level administration, project support and project planning for the delivery of selected projects within the Education & Training Department. You will be involved in developing project activities, preparing progress reports and supporting the various committees and working groups that are involved. Other responsibilities include: - Data gathering and data analysis as required.
- Providing written advice, presentations and briefing papers for relevant Board, Committee and Working Group meetings on project progress.
- Developing communication and consultation strategies.
- Managing project documentation and ensuring records are professionally maintained.
- Undertaking project audits and benchmark exercises.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced and supportive team on a permanent, part-time basis (0.5FTE) in a flexible workplace with hybrid options. What You'll Bring - Demonstrated experience leading projects, working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ability to network and build rapport quickly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid commitment to high quality service and exceeding expectations.
- High-level communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant tertiary qualification/and or experience in training and development, education, healthcare or related.
- Experience within membership or nonprofit organisations is a plus, along with a passion for driving meaningful change in mental health care.
- Australian or New Zealand citizen or holds the right to work in Australia.
