The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), the principal organisation representing the medical speciality of psychiatry in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking an Administrative Officer, Training to join our Education & Training department. The role will focus on the provision of administrative support for the RANZCP Fellowship program. This role will be responsible to: - Provide general support and administration for the Fellowship Program in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide clear and accurate advice on the Fellowship program to internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurate processing of end of rotation ITAs, psychotherapy forms and other training forms in a timely manner.
- Assist with the resolution of incorrect training forms and training records.
- Support local training programs with the recording of supervisor accreditation information and provision of database access for supervisors.
- Conduct regular data audits, including but not limited to supervisor data, post accreditation data and outstanding training forms.
The successful candidate will have: - Relevant qualification in administration, student services or education and/or experience in an education setting preferred with specific student administration or membership-related role desirable.
- Excellent computer skills using MS Office programs including Excel and Outlook, and a sound understanding of databases.
- Experience in the administration of workplace-based assessment tools in a medical context would be highly regarded.
- Proven ability to work as a member of a team and carry out duties autonomously.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills, including planning, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines with the flexibility to alter priorities to meet changing demands.
- Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders from varying backgrounds and cultures.
