The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), the principal organisation representing the medical speciality of psychiatry in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a Test and Quality Analyst to join our Education and Training department. 

 

The role will be responsible for identifying, defining and executing the required functional tests, establishing, monitoring and maintaining test coverage and evaluating and reporting on the outcome of testing.

 

This role has a specific focus on:

  • Identifying the target test Items for evaluation, defining the appropriate tests required and developing and managing associated test data.
  • Evaluating and reporting on testing outcomes.
  • Supporting and training College Staff in user acceptance testing.
  • Establish, maintain, and optimise the testing delivery lifecycle.
  • Verify business workflows associated with Target Test items.
  • Perform validation and user acceptance testing.
  • Respond to and identify for the relevant staff and external contractors any issues requiring troubleshooting in a collaborative and proactive manner and address problems reported by users, and update test coverage accordingly.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in testing software products.
  • Demonstrated experience in working closely with SMEs on projects in a dynamic and evolving team
  • Relevant formal qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science, System/Application Testing.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Test Analyst role.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience in education or other multifaceted
    environments.
