The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) is the principal organisation representing the medical specialty of psychiatry in Australia and New Zealand. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Content Designer to join our dynamic Information Technology team. 

This role has a specific focus to:

• Use analytics, user research and member feedback to identify user needs.
• Gather requirements from relevant business units on content goals.
• Develop written content according to content design principles and following RANZCP guidelines, with direction from the Subject matter experts.
• Use the Kentico content management system to publish content.
• Assist with auditing, evaluating and archiving content on a regular basis, in line with RANZCP content strategy.

The successful candidate will have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in the related discipline.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Experience in converting complex content for web user consumption following the industry best practice guidelines.
• Experience using website content management systems.
• Understanding of how user needs are applied to deliver effective content.
• Understanding or awareness of content design principles.
• Team orientated attitude to achieving results.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
