We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to step into our recently established administrative position, complete with excellent perks and flexible work arrangements. The compensation package ranges from $53,000 to $72,000, inclusive of superannuation.

Position overview

As our newest team member, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier administrative support for our Certificate of Postgraduate Training in Clinical Psychiatry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering timely and accurate guidance to key stakeholders on Certificate regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with program participants, Committee members, supervisors, and assessors.
  • Managing Committee meetings efficiently, from agenda development to action item follow-ups.
  • Monitoring participants' progress through the Certificate program and providing support as needed.
  • Assisting participants with online administration systems and technical issues.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in health, student administration, or education.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in committee support and administrative duties.
  • Eligibility as an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen.
