What is PIF?

The Psychiatry Interest Forum (PIF) program is funded by the Australian Government and promotes psychiatry to medical graduates through the early engagement of medical students and encourages them to choose a career in psychiatry and join the RANZCP Fellowship program.

About the Role

The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) has received Australian Government funding under the Psychiatry Workforce Program 2023–26 (PWP) to deliver the Psychiatry Interest Forum (PIF) program. You will play an integral role in recruiting medical students and junior doctors, increasing awareness of psychiatry and the Fellowship pathway, and addressing stigma and misconceptions about the field.
