About the role

Tenure: Full time, fixed term from December to end of August 2026 (parental leave cover)

Location: Melbourne, CBD (hybrid)

 

The role works closely with the Manager, Digital Education Services, and provides and enhances audio and video production capabilities within the Digital Education Service team.

Duties include, but are not limited to, podcast development and audio podcast production, development of audio and video assets to support the development of eLearning modules and other initiatives, and provision of high-quality information and advice to internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Plan and develop podcast topics in collaboration with members and College staff and in line with governance requirements.
  • Perform audio and video production tasks, including recording, editing, mixing, and related activities.
  • Contribute to the production of eLearning modules, training, and information-related media.
  • Provide expertise and advice in relation to audio and video production initiatives.

What you'll bring

  • Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in audio and video production.
  • Experience using Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Affects and Photoshop.
  • Experience in developing eLearning modules and using Articulate Storyline or a similar application is desirable.
  • Significant experience performing audio and video recording using online tools and in face-to-face environments.
  • Experience in working in a studio environment.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizen or holds the right to work in Australia.
