About the role

Tenure: Full-time, ongoing

Location: Melbourne, CBD (Hybrid) 

Reports to: Manager, Assessments

 

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to join our team as an Assessments Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth facilitation, delivery, and administration of our Writtens assessments and examinations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and committees to ensure exams run efficiently, accurately, and on time.

 

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-stakes assessment processes, engage with a range of stakeholders, and help maintain and improve the systems that underpin our examinations.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate, administer, and manage all aspects of Writtens assessments, including scheduling, logistics, and delivery, ensuring compliance with established processes.

  • Liaise with external exam providers, IT, Finance, and other business units to resolve issues and ensure seamless assessment operations.

  • Support database management, including enrolments, application processing, eligibility checks, special considerations, and record keeping.

  • Assist with the preparation, formatting, and uploading of exam content, maintaining the integrity of the question bank and generating reports for committees.

  • Support assessment-related workshops and calibration activities, including Standard Setting, Question Writing Workshops, and Committee meetings, managing logistics, agendas, and communications.

  • Respond to candidate queries and provide clear guidance throughout the assessment process.

What you'll bring

  • Relevant equivalent qualifications and experience in business administration and/or education and/or membership environment. 
  • High-level organisation skills, detail orientated and able to manage tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Confidence in database management, data handling, and reporting.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizen or holds the right to work in Australia.

  • Salary from $73,000 to $90,000 + leave loading and 12% Super,
  • Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.
